The smallest Lexus - CT200h

TOYOTA has announced that they have released the new hybrid car CT200h from the luxury brand Lexus.
It's the smallest and the price is set 3,550,000 JPY, the cheapest of all Lexus so far. Toyota is supposed to pioneer the demand mainly among 30-40s as an introduction to Lexus, aiming to sell 1500 units a month domestically.

The piston displacement is 1797cc. It has made it possible to drive 34km per 1 liter of gasoline, which is the top class of fuel-efficient cars of the similar class of other luxury brands. It carries 6 gears, and is the first car as Lexus that can shift into "Sports mode" which makes a point of driving performance, and "Eco mode" which raises the economy on gas.
It controls the cost adopting nickel hybrid battery that is comparatively cheaper than lithium-ion battery and so on, although maintaining the safety and the interior of quality. The price is 3,550,000-4,300,000JPY. Other than in Japan, it will be on sale in the US, Europe and Asia, aiming to sell 5300 units a month overseas.

  1. Well, I guess this Japanese car would be the best option for a person that doesn't like too much power and speed on a vehicle. And since, its a hybrid for sure its price tag is in million dollar.
